How am I billed?
We automatically charge your credit card monthly or annually (depending on the plan you choose). Cards are charged on the same day of the month/year that you originally signed up.
What if I need to cancel my plan?
You can cancel your subscription at any time – the service will continue until you were next due to pay, after which time your subscription will be cancelled.
Can I use my own hosting?
Yes, in most cases. We’re used to working with a number of Australian and overseas hosts. If in the event that anything doesn’t work with your host (or we feel it’s not up to scratch), we’ll let you know and look at what the options are.
What login details do you need on sign up?
We need your WordPress login details (or details for an admin account within your WordPress site) and FTP username and password (which mainly helps as a backup in case anything goes wrong).
Can you perform other support or development tasks?
Yes we can. Our standard hourly rate is $150/hour for non-WP Watchers subscribers, and $99/hour for those with a membership. Contact us to see if we can help.
